The Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog

The Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog is an Irish/American Tv series set in a fantasy version of Early Ireland, created by Saban Entertainment. It was loosely based on Irish mythology that was real. The name derives from Tír na nÓg, among the Otherworlds of mythology. It was Saban's first dream show to involve knights, dragons, and wizards. It aired on the Fox Kids block Fox and end May 7, 1999. Another season eligible Mystic Knights: Battle Thunder was intended, but was later cancelled, and its budget was put towards Power Rangers Lost Galaxy. The show was an effort in doing a first series that is special-effects that is non-Japanese instead of adapting from Japanese tokusatsu.
