My Beautiful Sam-soon is just actually a South Korean tv show which aired on MBC in June 1, 2005 to July 21, 2005. Touted as the Korean version of Bridget Jones Diary, it celebrities Jung Ryeo-won, Hyun Bin, Kim Sun-ah and Daniel Henney. "Sam-soon" can be a conservative title, and in Korean literally means"30 years", the exact age of the female protagonist. The amorous comedy drama show was a huge hit, with the average viewership evaluation of 37.6%, and its summit rating of 50.5% makes it the most 26th highest-rated Korean drama of time. Additionally, it won several awards, such as the Grand Prize at the MBC Drama awards for Kim Sun-ah, and the Baeksang Arts Awards Grand Prize for Television.
