Hetty Wainthropp Investigates

Hetty Wainthropp Investigates is actually just a genteel British crime/comedy drama tv programme which beamed on BBC One from 1996 to 1998. Patricia Routledge starred as the titular character, Derek Benfield as her patient husband Robert Monaghan as John Graham Davies and their lodger Geoffrey Shawcross as DCI Adams. Episodes include Suzanne Maddock a young car mechanic that sells a car, as Janet Frazer. Their connection develops by the end of the sequence. In the United States, episodes are featured on PBS's anthology programme Mystery!
