Captain America

Captain America is really a 1944 Republic serial film based on the Timely Comics character Captain America. This was the Republic serial. It also offers the distinction of being probably the serial that Republic ever made. In addition, it stands as the first release. The next theatrical release containing a Marvel hero wouldn't occur for over 40 decades. The serial sees Captain America, really District Attorney Grant Gardner, attempting to overthrow the plans of this Scarab, really museum curator Dr. Cyrus Maldor - notably seeing his attempts to find the"Dynamic Vibrator" and also"Digital Firebolt", devices that may be applied as super weapons.
