Babar

Babar is a television series produced in Quebec, Canada from Nelvana Limited and The Clifford Ross Company. It triggered in 1989 on HBO and CBC was rerun on HBO Family and Qubo. The series was the first of Nelvana, also is centered on the original Babar books of Jean de Brunhoff. The series' 78 episodes are broadcasting in 30 languages in over 150 countries. Episodes of all Babar broadcast on Qubo and Ion Television. As the French author Laurent de Brunhoff pronounces the name Babar since"BUH-bar", it series in its first five seasons pronounces the name as"BAB-bar". This year, a computer animated sequel series spin off of Babar branded Babar and Badou's Adventures was started. The series focuses on a vast majority of characters.
