An abducted woman has a human-faced spider tattooed on her back by an enigmatic tattoo artist. Then she and her lover are dragged into a conspiracy-based nightmare where they run the risk of turning into the very evil they are trying to flee from. The spider's face seems to get redder with each new gory occurrence, as though it were ever more hungry.
