Eisenstein in Guanajuato

After the Victory of This film Battleship Potemkin, in 1931 filmmaker Sergei Eisenstein Journeys to the city of Guanajuato, Mexico, to shoot a film. Refused by Hollywood, Eisenstein falls under Mexico's spellout Chaperoned by his lead Palomino Cañedo, his fears are opened to by the manager as he embraces a world of sensuous delights and possibilities which will shape the future of his art.
