Colliding Dreams
We live at a moment in time once the conflict, currently a lot more than a hundred years , has been of overwhelming international governmental and social importance. From its inception, this conflict has had troubling and powerful consequences for Palestinians and Israelis . The narrative in its most basic level is the one which involves two peoples fighting for expression and federal recognition at a small but richly significant parcel of property. The catastrophe with the history, because both the Israeli novelist, Amos Oz, and also the Allied scholar, Sari Nusseibeh, have all pointed out, stems from a conflict involving the rights of 2 peoples with equal and valid aspirations to nationhood and self-expression in just one small territory where they could both lay claim.
