Amanda look for a romantic date, as the Christmas party for a book publishing company tactics, editor Maggie volunteers to help her supervisor. Match making is a tiny hobby for Maggie, but she is thrown off her match if Jaxson, her boyfriend from her school, shows up in her work -- as a signed author. Maggie would really like to deny she believes such a thing for him but Jaxson isn't which makes it easy. She will have to manage her conclusions of the past, along with Amanda eye-ing Jaxson, to create together the matches at Christmas.
