Michael Mason can be a American pick pocket living in Paris who finds himself hunted by the CIA when he steals a bag which contains more than just a wallet. The field agent on the case, sean Briar, soon realises that Michael is just a pawn in a game that is larger and can be his best asset to find a large-scale conspiracy.
